Jim is an Iowa native and worked as a flat to finish carpenter throughout high school and college, learning all aspects of residential construction. He obtained a combined degree in business and industrial technology from Northwest Missouri State University and started in the fenestration industry in 1993. In 2003, Jim landed at Windsor and began managing Windsor’s largest sales territory. He has also served as the trainer for our Windsor University Program for the past 18 years. Jim has never known a stranger and is always full of energy.
